Enjoy the beauty of nature from your home. The creative use of drapery allowed this homeowner to enjoy the beautiful outdoor views on her property from the comfort of her living room. Our design team created a spa-like feel with traversing panels using sheer linen fabric with a pleated top, anchored by an iron rod with rings.
This approach allowed the living room to feel light and spacious, while still having softness and warmth, and all achieved without adding too many elements to the windows. The result was a serene and relaxed space, affording a view that makes one feel like they are on vacation.

Home away from home. In this assisted living facility, window coverings are used to create a relaxing and homelike atmosphere, with a touch of luxury. The designer wanted window treatments that would let in light, but also give some measure of privacy. Using pleated sheers throughout the various spaces gives an air of traditional elegance. Rust-proof hardware ensures durability.

Traditional, timeless, and stately describe this living room, where the homeowner desired window treatments that would harmonize with the custom Stark Studio rug and distinctive British-inspired furnishings. Taking a cue from The White House and Buckingham Palace, our design team created stationary pleated drapery panels with a bump lining that affords a formal and regal feeling. The panels are made of silk satin from F. Schumacher & Co., featuring a tape trim along with the inner leads, and are anchored by a decorative rod with rings. The light blue grey fabric matches the custom rug. This room is used for celebrations and gatherings of many types, from holidays to luncheons, and holds significant meaning and memories for the homeowner. It’s certainly a room that will continue to host generations of family members to come and we are proud to create the window treatment that brings the traditional look altogether.
